吉米・哈利（James Herriot，1916年10月3日--1995年2月23日）是一位在英国与美国知名的兽医作家，原名是吉米-艾非德-怀特，出生于英格兰的巽德兰，在苏格兰的格拉斯哥长大，23岁时成为兽医，并搬到英格兰约克郡的瑟斯克（Thirsk）工作。二次大战时曾在英国空军服役。
